CSR Workshop for Future Educators

CSR Today held a CSR Workshop for Education students of St. Anthony College System last January 30, 2015 at the AVR of St. Mutien College in celebration of its 49th Founding Anniversary.

One group was brainstorming for their CSR Project

There were 198 students who attended the workshop learning the topics of Intro to CSR and Project Development. Joanna Armenta, the Program Officer of CSR Today facilitated the program with the help of some SACT and St. Mutien Faculty and Staff members.

The students were divided into 10 groups for the project development and brainstormed for different projects that they could do in their community.

The result of the workshop was very insightful for the students because they were able to identify the problem of their own community and together come up with a solution for it. These batch will be asked to join the Online CSR Community in Pampanga to help in creating chapters of youth leaders that will implement CSR Projects in Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Live Your CSR Caravan goes to Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Calamba

CSR Today has started its year by bringing the Live Your CSR Caravan in Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Calamba Laguna last January 29, 2015. It was the first time that CSR Today has been invited in Letran Calamba and we could say that students of Letran Calamba were very accommodating and responsive.

The New Face of CSR

It has been a good journey for CSR World. From partnering to different institutions, organizations to individuals, CSR World hopefully made an impact in bringing the advocacy of BCYF to people especially to the young ones.

Now, Benita and Catalino Yap Foundation is taking the name CSR Today back as a department that aims to advocate, engage, transform and convert individuals to have a personal commitment in building a better nation and become a better citizen.

CSR Today is now the new face of CSR and its goal is to convert people into volunteers with a purpose.
